Greta, what I'm doing now is slipping my LightSpeed into an extra computer sleeve and carrying it in the same computer bag as my laptop. Is this a bad idea? I have the computer bag and a roller bag, but that is a smaller-than-standard bag. Not sure if this would actually fit in it. A third bag . . . boy, two is more than plenty!

Greta,

Love your blog!

I've got my LS in a small computer sleeve which is tucked inside a slightly larger computer sleeve which is then tucked into a padded compartment of my rolling case. I'm quite paranoid of it getting crushed! I do love the newer neoprene carrying cases, especially the water resistance.

My untran rate is steadily improving since I bumped my sensitivity way up. I'm still getting lots of extra strokes, but I feel it is manageable now as compared to the garbage I was getting. I tried using the update with no success, so I've reloaded the software from my CD. Happy to report I haven't had a single crash since.

I'm loving my LS!! Can't wait to see what they have in store for the future version.

I had THREE crashes yesterday -- two during depos, but at pauses or breaks. One was while I was marking exhibits. however, I'm able to restart the software and not miss a beat -- don't have to open a new RT file. It's still better than the ghost writing and stacking! I let Johnny know about it. Already told support. They say the engineers or developers, whoever, are working on it.

I'm with you, Tina. I just can't WAIT for the new stuff!

Oh, I also suggested that instead of lavender (since none of the other colors are out yet) that they consider hot pink or magenta. :D
