Hail the new LSX keyboard!

There are several programmable keys, such as:
The pentagon-shaped keys between the vowel keys.
Three areas on the asterisk key.
All four sensors on the far left auxiliary key.
The two round keys to the side of the vowel keys.
There are also now sensors under the braille-like dots between the * and F, the * and R, T and D, S and Z. Those sensors will also be programmable. That will permit those that do not use wide keys to program the sensors to be one or the other, that is, i.e., either -T or -D.
Of course, the LSX is the model that has a single sensor under what was formerly the crack.
All the various combinations of the upper and lower consonant keys can now be accurately achieved by touching one's finger(s) on the areas containing the braille-inspired dots.

The LSX model will sell for $3,000.
If you have purchased -- and not returned -- the first generation of silicone overlay writers, you can have your keyboard assemblies upgraded to the LSX model for no additional charge.
More information will be forthcoming between now and the national convention.

For those of you who prefer the original LightSpeed, 200 units of the original LightSpeed design, now referred to as the LightSpeed Classic, are now in advanced stages of manufacture by the same group of engineers who initially made them and should be available to start shipping sometime in June.
